The Branch Service Officer assists Veterans by identifying those with unmet health needs and
possible benefits from VAC; and then making appropriate referrals to Command Service Officers. 
Services provided by Legion to Veterans, spouses and their families are provided at no cost,
​and there is no requirement to be a Legion Member.

Honors & awards

National Volunteer Week was recognized at the Qualicum Beach Legion Branch 76 on Sunday, October 23, 2022 when the Branch presented awards to deserving members during their annual Honors and Awards Ceremony.  The awards are presented to Legion members in recognition of meritorious or outstanding service to the Royal Canadian Legion.  They include medals, awards, and certificates of merit and appreciation. In total 1760 Years of Service was honored.
